🍁what i will and will not draw🍁

Note: This can be discussed and negotiated between me and the client but I have the right to decline or accept any commission even if it doesn't explicitly fall into the categories of subjects that I will or will not draw.
Your commission will also be rejected if I feel like you're trying hide your true intentions of the commission (e.g fetishmining, dogwhistles, etc etc)

✅What I will Draw✅

  • Original characters that belong to you or another person

  • Fan characters

  • Any characters or content of already existing medias (fanart)

  • Non fictional persons

  • Pets

  • Furries

  • LGBTQ+ content, fictional or non-fictional

  • Ships and/or couples

  • Backgrounds or assets

  • Mechas (debatable)

  • Slight Gore

  • Horror content (debatable)

❌What I will not draw❌

  • Material that is intentionally offensive or discriminatory (sexism, racism, homophobia, anti-semitism etc etc)

  • Political content

  • Anything relating to Crypto or NFTs

  • Intentionally NSFW material

  • Extreme or Intense Gore

  • Content and/or material depicting or encouraging active self harm, suicide or suicidal tendencies and eating disorders

  • Illegal material

  • Incest

  • Boundary breaking art of any content creators or person

🍁Terms of service🍁

  • Dm me either on Discord, Kofi, Bluesky or Instagram. if you want to commission me. I wont be able to see it on anywhere else.

  • Payments are done via PayPal or Stripe. I would heavily prefer to use Stripe. If you are Malaysian, payments can also be done via Boost, TnG eWallet or online banking.

  • Refunds can only be done if the art hasnt passed the lineart phase yet. Any requests for refunds after that will not be entertained unless the situation is truly dire.

  • Do not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless you ask for permission to do so. If you wish to commission art for commercial purposes the price will be increased.

  • Payments are made upfront or after the sketch has been confirmed. If the client fails to pay for the artwork within a week after confirming the sketch, the commission will be cancelled and I will not proceed.

  • Once payment has been made, and the artwork has been sent to you. You now own the artwork and can use it for whatever personal use.

  • MAJOR CHANGES can only be done during the lineart phase. There's only 3 revisions allowed for free. The price and duration it will take for the commission will also increase for each revision after that.

  • When I am done with the art I will send two versions of the artwork, one with a signature and one with no signature. Only the artwork with the signature may be reposted publicly without any alteration or editing.

  • I will automatically assume that I can show the process of making the commissioned artwork on my social medias via streams, speedpaints or tiktoks/shorts. If you want your commission to be a secret or not be shown/posted publicly for whatever reason you must tell me beforehand.

  • Any artwork that was made for a commission may not be used for Crypto, NFT or AI Learning purposes.

  • Failure to adhere to these terms will result in losing your rights to the commissioned artwork and/or landing in a blacklist that will prevent you from having your commissions be accepted by me in the future depending on how bad I think your actions are.
